Use of  "FOR/ Since" 

Use of "FOR" Before Duration of time (  নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের জন্য FOR ব্যবহৃত হয় )

Example :

* For five years
* For three hours
* For ten years


Use of " SINCE" Before beginning of time ( শুরুর সময়ের জন্য SINCE ব্যবহৃত হয় )

Example :

* I am doing job this company Since 2007
* I am waiting for you since five o'clock
* My class had been Start since January
